Room Renovation Project

Villa del Palmar Cancun has started a very exciting room renovation project to improve the guest and member experience. Each year for the next 4 years, we will renovate 25% of the units, and the renovation of all units will be completed by 2025.

The goal of this renovation project is to create a fresh and elegant atmosphere with unique design elements. The warmth of our rooms will continue to be maintained, but with updates that we are sure our members will love.

The renovation consists of:

• Living room – We are completely overhauling the look of the living room by changing the color scheme and furniture. We will change the beige color scheme to a light taupe and will be removing the Murphy bed and replacing it with a sofa bed. The new sofa bed will be a Standard Comfort Sleeper, a marvel of modern engineering that promotes glorious sleep on four inches of plush, high-density foam. We will also change the armchairs, the coffee table, and the area rug.
• Dining Room - We will be changing the dining table and chairs, the table centerpiece, and the lamp above the table as well as the decorative wall art.
• Terrace – We are elevating the outdoor space by changing the dining table and chairs, adding a new loveseat with cushions and comfortable armrests, and a Sunbrella outdoor shade cover.
• Master Bedroom Bathroom – We will make small changes to the master bedroom’s en suite bathroom including the addition of an ottoman, a bathroom rug, and gold and mirrored wall decoration.
• Bedroom - We are updating the style of the bedroom including the color scheme and furniture. The color scheme will be a mixture of white, beige, and warm yellow. The headboard, bureaus, and chest of drawers will be finished in white rather than brown. The color of the throw pillows will be changed from green and blue to red. We will add an eye-catching floor covering underneath the bed and change the lamps. Decorative elements will include a smoky tinted mirror with an abstract design, an emerald cut floor mirror, a metal rock sculpture, and triangular wall art. We are also changing the chair to a wood high-back chair.

The suites are the focus of the renovation project and will be designed to the highest standards with upgraded furniture, wall coverings, and decorative elements. Villa del Palmar Cancun is excited about the new and refreshed suites and we hope our members will be too!
