By logging into your member account on the Member Site, you can easily access reminders for upcoming deadlines and take action to stay organized.
Banking Your Points
This year is a great opportunity to savor the unforgettable vacation possibilities your membership offers. But, if your schedule doesn’t allow for travel, you don’t have to lose your points—bank them before the deadline for future use! While Elite 5 Star, Residence Club, and Luxe members benefit from automatic banking, most memberships require manual action to save unused points.
When you bank your points, you extend their usability into the next year, creating additional options to enhance your travel plans. These banked points can be put toward upgrading your accommodations, booking extra units, or extending your stay. Through the Points Redemption Program, they can even be redeemed for select amenities or services, giving you another way to make the most of your membership.
For members with 2025 as their first year of use, please note that you must pay the 2025 maintenance dues in one installment. 2026 maintenance dues can be deferred in monthly or quarterly installments

You can bank points for up to five years, giving you incredible flexibility to plan. However, it’s important to note that banked points cannot be used for stays during Christmas or New Year’s. Biennial members should also be aware of limitations regarding upgrades and point banking.
Important Banking Deadline:
For members of TAFER Residence Club, Garza Blanca Residence Club, and Club Caribe, the deadline for banking points is November 1st each year.
Flexible Maintenance Fee Payment Options
To make managing your membership easier, we provide a variety of payment plans for maintenance fees. You can align payments with your budget by choosing from annual, quarterly, or monthly installments. Please note that members whose first year of use is 2025 are required to pay the full 2025 maintenance dues in a single installment. After that [in 2026 and onwards], maintenance fees dues, flexible payment options are available, allowing for monthly or quarterly installments.
