A Different Side of Cabo: Flora Farms

A Different Side of Cabo: Flora Farms

Want a Cabo outing that feels fresh, green, and completely un-rushed? Flora Farms near San José del Cabo is a working organic farm and farm-to-table favorite perfect for a memorable brunch or dinner away from the crowds. Here’s how to plan it without overthinking it.

That's the magic of Cabo.

However, occasionally, it may be enjoyable to experience the opposite – something a bit greener, quieter, and a bit more grounded. For many TAFER Residence Club Members staying at either Garza Blanca or The Reserve at Diamante Cabo San Lucas, that break from the norm can be experienced at Flora Farms.

Farm in the Desert

Located just outside of San Jose del Cabo, Flora Farms is much more than a restaurant; it is a 25-acre working organic farm with a farm-to-table restaurant, a bar, a market, and beautifully tended grounds that encourage strolling. As soon as you arrive, the tempo changes.

The scents of fresh herbs and wood-fired cooking fill the air. Soft music hums in the background, people are engaged in conversation and gardens spread in all directions. Vegetable rows and meandering paths create an environment that is authentic rather than manufactured.

It is active, but not noisy and it is relaxed, but not sleepy – it is that type of location that you immediately think, "This is exactly where I am meant to be today.

Flora's Field Kitchen

At the center of the property is Flora's Field Kitchen, which operates under a basic principle: From our fields to your table. Each dish is created around what is in season and available locally, providing guests a real taste of the area they have traveled to. This type of experience is often sought after by travelers – a true taste of their destination and not just a beautiful view.
