World Chardonnay Day Celebration at Villa del Palmar Cancun

World Chardonnay Day Celebration at Villa del Palmar Cancun

Many wine producing countries around the world celebrate World Chardonnay Day each year on the last Thursday in May.

Chardonnay comes from a village of the same name in the Burgundy region of France and is one of the most popular white grapes in the world, which is planted in most wine regions. This special day is a celebration of the grape variety that became very popular in New Zealand’s wine industry in the 80s. Since then, the flavor has become more refined, but is still uniquely New Zealand and makes up 6% of its wine production.

On Thursday, May 26th, join us to celebrate World Chardonnay Day in any of Villa del Palmar Cancun’s restaurants and enjoy a glass of our best chilled chardonnay.
