Please be advised that beginning November 8, 2021 at 12:01 am EST, the COVID-19 testing requirements for all air passengers ages 2 years or older entering the United States have been modified by the CDC.
The updated testing requirement are as follows:
Before boarding a flight to the US from a foreign country, all air passengers- 2 years or older – are required to present a negative COVID-19 viral test result, within a time period based on their vaccination status, or present documentation of having recovered from COVID-19 in the last 90 days. Air passengers will also be required to confirm in the form of an attestation that the information they present is true.
Time Period for Testing for Air Passengers to Obtain a Negative COVID-19 Viral Test:
Fully Vaccinated: Must take COVID-19 Viral Test no more than 3 days prior to flight’s departure.
Not Fully Vaccinated: Must take COVID-19 Viral Test no more than 1 day prior to flight’s departure.
Rapid tests and select self-tests (home tests) are acceptable if they are a viral test that meet the requirements under the CDC’s Order. Consult the CDC’s website for more specifics.
Please note that this policy applies to both citizens and non-citizens/visitors entering by air to the United States.

- Check-In to the Resort. Pay & Schedule Your COVID Test Upon Check-In.
- Take Your COVID Test As Directed Above Prior to Your Departure From Mexico.
- Show your Negative COVID Results Prior to Boarding Your Flight Back Home.
Our resorts will continue to offer onsite COVID-19 testing. Please be advised that members and guests will need pay for their antigen or PCR tests at a discounted rate. Please inquire with the resort for updated pricing.
All testing will be conveniently administered on-property by a testing professional from a certified and approved 3rd party laboratory so you can continue to enjoy your vacation with peace of mind. Upon completion of testing, members can select electronic results and obtain a printed copy obtained at reception upon departure.
In the event of a positive diagnosis, each resort has strict COVID-19 protocols in place for a member to quarantine in the comforts of their guestroom and have coordinated with the best medical facilities should they be necessary. Members will be able to extend their stay using points or obtain a discounted member rate. The resort will also upgrade or downgrade the member based on availability and request. It is our priority to ensure that members are comfortable until they test with a negative result to depart following governmental and safety guidelines.
